- Camp Balance - pay at least 2 weeks before camper arrives

- Cabin Assignments - review and call office with any questions or concerns (Cabin assignments are emailed approximately 1 week before your camp week) Note: We do not recommend it, but if it is necessary to pick-up or drop-off your camper(s) during the week, please make arrangements with your child, their counselor AND the office. Special pick-up or drop-off must occur at the office; please call ahead.
DROP OFF SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Arrive in the order of the first letter of your last name:
A-L at 3:00-3:30pm and M-Z at 3:30-4:00pm - Check in at Cabin

Go to merchandise table to pick up pre-purchased items
(or purchase at table) - Go to Nurse table (only if you have any medication such as prescription/over-the counter/vitamins)
PICK UP SATURDAY MORNING
- Pick up in the order of the first letter of your last name: M-Z at 9:00am and A-L at 9:15am
- Pick up at Cabin
- Receive check out packet from Counselor
- Sign up for next summer!
WHILE YOUR CAMPER IS AWAY
There are many ways to contact your camper and keep up on what is happening at camp via the internet! You can become a fan of YMCA Camp Ernst on Facebook and follow us on Twitter @campernst! You can also view photos and email your camper by following the directions below.
- Email - You can send daily emails to your camper through BUNK1.com that they receive during mail call. Emails must be sent by 10:00am daily, and none on Saturday. There is a fee for this service.
- BUNK1.com - If you had an account last summer, you can continue to use your old username and password. Simply click here to sign in. The first time you sign in this year, you will be prompted to update your contact information and reactivate your account.
- NEW to BUNK1.com - Go to BUNK1.com and click on "First Time User? Register Now!"
- Photos - You can view daily-updated photos of your camper(s) through BUNK1.com as well. This service is free.
You can also mail or drop off letters and packages.

- Drop Off - You can drop these off on Sunday or during the week at the office. All weekday deliveries need to be made by noon in order to ensure same day delivery.
- Camp Ernst's In-Camp Care Packages - Call the office while your camper is at camp. We need 24 hours notice to get packages to campers, so plan ahead!
